Outside Sales Representative

Double D is a rapidly
growing publisher of yellow page directories that develops high
quality products with usage driven information, focusing on
high return of investment for advertisers in the Hill Country
area. This award winning company is experiencing tremendous
growth and is in need of professionals who possess an
entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
The top 20% of our sales
force is generating incomes of $75,000 + per year in
commission. Average annual earnings range between $40,000 to
$60,000, depending on your sales experience. Our commissions
are some of the highest paid in the yellow page industry. We
provide training and ongoing sales support with additional
professional sales training.
Position
Summary:
Our outside sales
professionals work with a protected list of assigned accounts.
You will sell yellow page advertising to prospective business
owners. As a yellow page consultant, you will assist business
owners in identifying the most effective advertising strategies
for placement in our directories.
Very limited travel is
involved - You will be working within a 75-mile radius with
little or no overnight travel.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years proven
successful outside sales experience in a quota/commission based
environment
• Experience in
advertising sales in telephone directory, newspaper, internet
or magazine environment would be beneficial but not
mandatory
• Excellent
communication skills are a must
• Highly developed
planning & organizational skills required
• Ability to succeed
in a performance driven environment
• Reliable
transportation & valid driver’s license
